Do you have a showroom?
Yes we do! Our sample showroom is located on the south east corner of main and 29th in Vancouver. Please note that we carry majority of our items online. Our address is:

If I come into the showroom will the item I'm looking at be on the floor?
Not necessarily. Because we only have a sample showroom not all the products we have online are on the floor. If you are wondering which products are, click on the picture of the product and scroll down. Under the 'note' section it should say if it is 'online only' or 'available to view in the showroom'. Or simply call us toll free.
How much is delivery?
Depends! Some items come with free shipping cross Canada. Some items come with free shipping within Lower Mainland, and the rest starting at $25. Please contact us if you can not find your shipping cost.
How long does it take to get an item from placing an order?
Depends on the item you purchase. Some are in stock and usually next day shipping. But some are build to order, like our sofas, and take up to six weeks.

How much you charge for Tax?
If you live in BC, you are subject to 13% sales tax. For rest of Canada we only charge 6% GST.
Do you ship to USA?
No. We are Canadian company and dedicated to Canadian customers.
What is your return policy?
It depends on the product. All RTA products are final sale and so as all our hygienically sensitive products such as pillows and mattresses. This way you are sure that you are not purchasing someone else's return. For all other items we charge %20 restocking fee minus shipping charges. In case of free shipping, actual shipping cost will get deducted. Products must be return in their original box. Restocking fee also applies on canceled orders unless cancellation happens within 24 hours since purchase.

Find the product you would like and click on the picture or the 'more info' button. When you scroll down you will be able to see all sorts of information including assembled dimensions, available options and sometimes the manufacturer or suppliers website.
